Refund & Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Customized or personalized gifts cannot be cancelled once production has started. Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products, and customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and chocolates, as well as personalized products, are non-refundable unless received damaged. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method; COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if sufficient proof is not provided.
